Service fee only if you book with us If you choose to book new travel through our partner network, a service fee is added on top of the airline's fare and taxes. The total — including the fee — is quoted to you in full before any payment is authorized.

We may earn a partner referral When we connect you with a licensed travel provider in our network, we may receive a small referral payment from them. This does not change the price you pay the airline.
You always have the option to book direct.

What can you actually do on the phone?
We can walk you through a carrier's published policies (baggage, changes, seat rules, loyalty tiers), help you understand your options after a delay or cancellation, and — if you'd like — help you book new travel through our network of licensed travel specialists. We cannot access an airline's internal reservation systems or change tickets on your behalf without your permission.
Is there a fee to call?
No. The call itself is free. If you decide to book new travel through us, a service fee may apply in addition to the airline's fare — and any fee is disclosed in full before payment is authorized. You are never obligated to book with us.
What information do I need to have ready?
If your question is about an existing trip, a confirmation number or the traveler's name and travel date is helpful. For new trip planning, you only need to know roughly where and when you want to go. We do not ask for payment or ID details unless you're ready to book.
