Travel Support (travelsupport.shop) is an independent US-based travel information service. We are not an airline. We are not Delta Air Lines, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any business relationship with Delta Air Lines, Inc. or any other carrier.
What we actually are is a phone number. Call (844) 408-2528 and you'll reach a live travel specialist in the United States. They can walk you through published airline policies, help you understand your options after a delay or cancellation, and — if you'd like — help you book a new trip through our network of licensed travel professionals.
What we do — and what we don't
We do: answer questions about flight rules and airline policies, help you weigh options, book new travel through our network when you want us to, and connect you to the right resources at an airline when the situation is outside what a third party can help with.
We don't: we don't operate flights, we don't access airline reservation systems on our own, and we don't pretend to be an airline. We can't waive an airline's fees. We can't override their fare rules. And we won't sign you up for anything you didn't call about.
How we make money
If you book new travel through our network, a service fee may apply on top of the airline's fare — and any fee is disclosed to you in full before you're ever charged. If a booking isn't the right move for your situation, we'll say so. Nobody on our end has a quota you're expected to fill.
We also earn a small referral for connecting travelers with certain licensed travel providers. That relationship is disclosed at the time of the call and never changes the price you pay the airline.
The people who answer the phone
The specialists you speak with are US-based travel professionals working through our partner network. They spend all day helping travelers work through airline policies for major US carriers — Delta, American, United, JetBlue, Southwest, Alaska, and others. That's a lot of practice at explaining airline rules in plain English.
Why we call ourselves "independent"
Because we are, and because we want you to know that up front. The airlines are our subject matter — we know their policies well — but we don't work for any of them. That's why the black disclaimer bar sits on top of every page of this site, and why our name is Travel Support, not "Delta anything."
