These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at travelsupport.shop and the services offered through our phone helpline (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Nature of service

Travel Support provides general travel information and independent booking-support services. We are not an airline and do not operate flights. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any business relationship with Delta Air Lines, Inc., its subsidiaries, or any other airline. All airline names, marks, and logos referenced in the Services are the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive reference (see the Disclaimer).

No warranty

Information provided on this website and during phone calls is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Airline policies, fares, schedules, and availability are set by the carrier and are subject to change without notice.

Bookings and fees

If you choose to book new travel through our network of licensed travel providers, a service fee may apply in addition to the airline's fare, taxes, and any carrier-imposed charges. All fees will be clearly disclosed to you before payment is authorized. Bookings are governed by the operating airline's fare rules, including its rules on changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage, and boarding.

Payment authorization

By providing a payment method during a booking call, you authorize us and the applicable travel provider to charge the disclosed total to that method. You represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method used.

Refunds and cancellations

Airline-imposed fees, fare differences, and non-refundable amounts are set by the operating carrier and are outside Travel Support's control. Any Travel Support service fee, and whether it is refundable, will be disclosed at time of booking. Refund processing timeframes are set by the carrier and the payment network; we cannot guarantee a specific processing time.

Prohibited use

You agree not to (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services; (d) interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services; or (e) collect information about other users of the Services.

Intellectual property

The Travel Support name, logo, and all site content (other than third-party marks referenced descriptively) are owned by Travel Support and protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site content without permission.

Third-party marks

"Delta," "Delta Air Lines," "SkyMiles," and related marks are registered trademarks of Delta Air Lines, Inc. Other airline and product names referenced in the Services belong to their respective owners. Use of these names is nominative — for descriptive reference only — and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Support and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to Travel Support in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Support and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Dispute resolution & arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where jurisdiction and venue are proper. You and Travel Support each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [LEGAL_OPERATOR_JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any lawsuit shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [LEGAL_OPERATOR_JURISDICTION].
